Items will be sent via a tracked, signed for, 48 hour service, unless stated otherwise. You will need to return your old component to us, or advise us that it is available for collection, at your cost, within 14 days. Your old component needs to be complete and drained of fluids. We offer a 30-day minimum guarantee with all our recycled tested parts (excluding engines and gearboxes). The guarantee applies to the component only and does not cover any labour or ancillaries. However, it should be of fully serviceable quality. Any defects that we are aware of will be clearly stated in the listing. We will not supply items with known defects. The purchaser is responsible for ensuring that the component supplied is correct for its application prior to fitting. Trade Descriptions Act 1968-Any vehicle mileage quoted is correct to the best of our knowledge BUT has not been verified. The accuracy of the odometer reading cannot be relied upon and should be disregarded. All body panels are supplied from used vehicles. As such, they may be perfect or they may have minor imperfections, scratches, dents or paint defects. We will highlight any known issues on the listing. ECU’s & electrical items are non refundable as a result of potential damage caused by incorrect fitting or other faults in customer vehicles. It is the purchaser’s responsibility to ensure that the correct details are given to our sales team when ordering a component. We cannot be held responsible for any part that has been taken apart or modified by another garage or individual. PLEASE NOTE : We strongly recommend that all safety critical parts are fitted only by trained automotive technicians. No liability can be accepted for malfunction, damage or injury caused by inappropriate fitting of such components. PLEASE READ BEFORE SIGNING FOR YOUR PACKAGE. Pease inspect all deliveries before signing for them. We are not able to offer credits for items that arrive damaged which may have not been signed for with the carried as “DAMAGED”, even if the box looks unmarked as the consignment could have been dropped or shaken in transit. By giving a clear signature, you are accepting the goods as arriving complete and in good condition.
