It is the purchaser’s responsibility to ensure the correct details are given to our sales team when ordering a component. The company will accept no liability under this guarantee where engines fail as a result of criminal or malicious damage, fire or theft. If upon inspection the engine has been damaged by the malfunction of any components not supplied by the company, then it will not be covered by this agreement.
